Upon discovering the breathtaking scenery and unbeatable lifestyle of Vancouver Island, Tim and his family made the move and haven't looked back since! With significant experience in real estate investing, Tim has successfully managed ventures in both Ontario and Nanaimo, focusing on student rental properties and income-generating assets. His expertise extends beyond the traditional real estate realm, having spent three years in the real estate technology industry, helping agents across North America optimize their lead generation and marketing strategies. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tim is also a dedicated family man, raising three boys (and two Chihuahuas!) alongside his wife.
